gordongroup is pleased to have been awarded a Standing Offer for communications consulting, design and production services from the City of Ottawa. The Standing Offer will leverage gordongroup’s expert team of communications consultants, writers and editors, as well as their award-winning graphic design and creative team on a variety of upcoming City projects and programs.

“We are very pleased to be working with the City of Ottawa again and look forward to supporting important local initiatives in any way we can,” said Howard Whittaker, gordongroup partner.

The firm has worked with the City a number of times over its 26 year in operation. One major project was the Immigration Portal we developed for the City of Ottawa website over. More recently, our award-winning design team produced a public historical exhibition, sharing the history of royal visits to Ottawa dating back to 1860, to commemorate the Royal Visit during Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip’s extensive Canadian tour that year.

“The Royal Visit to Ottawa happened to coincide with the City’s Canada Day celebrations,” said Whittaker. “To be a part of that moment in Ottawa’s history was an honour for our team.”

“gordongroup has a wealth of experience providing strategic communications and design services to the City,” said Whittaker. “We’re excited to get to work and continue to grow this relationship.”
